At Archies Footwear, we want you to walk in total comfort; that's why we offer a 30-day comfort guarantee on all orders. If your flip flops or slides aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery, even if you've worn them.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place your footwear in its original packaging or a secure mailing bag, ensuring the items are clean and free of excessive debris.

  Label and Post

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange Processing

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your new exchange pair within 3-5 business days.
